Science 11 / 21  |  Introduction to Chemistry

In order for me to teach an effective Chemistry Unit, I first need to know the student's understanding of Chemistry.  Students will complete the worksheet "Introduction to Chemistry:  I Need Help . . ."

Once the above worksheet is complete, students may start the Cartoon Lab Safety Assignment.

Students will continue the first assignment related to  Health Care Philosophies and Ethics.

Science 9A |  Gum Lab

Today's task is to determine which brand of gum is the "best:"

• Juicy Fruit Original
• Dentyne Fire (Cinnamon)
• Dubble Bubble (Eggs)
• Trident Layers (Watermelon Tropical Punch)

Students will work in small groups (no more than three) to solve this problem.
