Today we will continue the Reactions Lab.
Biology 20 | Preparation for Mid Term Exam
I have decided that the class will write a Mid Term Exam on Friday, March 21, 2014.
The Mid Term exam will include the following concepts:
1. History of Biological Classification
2. Characteristics of Life
3. Charles Darwin1. History of Biological Classification
2. Characteristics of Life
4. Viruses
Tuesday
The class will divide into small study groups consisting of three or four students. Review your course material related to the four main concepts. This will consist of class notes, lab material and video recollection.
Each student will formulate one exam question related to each of the four concepts. Once complete, each student will share their questions with the small group. Discuss and answer.Wednesday
Each small group will take their bank of questions and share them with another small group. Discuss and answer. Once complete, repeat the process until each student has experienced all the possible exam questions. At the end of the class, each student will hand in a copy of their exam questions with answers. I will select suitable questions from this exam bank for the Mid Term Exam. Please keep a copy of your questions for further exam preparation on Thursday.
