Environmental Science 20 | Ethnobotany Inquiry
In preparation for our next trip to Brightwater, students will complete a Brightwater Ethnobotany Inquiry. Using the resources listed below, students will select a plant which is native to Brightwater and which they can identify and find on sight during the current season. By completing the Ethnobotany Inquiry, students will have prepared themselves to search for their plant on site and introduce a few of the plants characteristics to the group.

Students will watch the BBC Documentary, "The Truth About Fat." Content learned from this documentary will be used in an upcoming project related to Nutrition and Metabolism.
